The official DSA formula estimate on average 1.5 hours of driving lessons multiplied by your age as a guideline of the total number of hours required. But this does vary from person to person, and can be dependant on any previous experience on the road i.e. cycling, motor cycling, etc. We recommend theory study very early as this could reflect on the total number of driving lessons required. Although we always work at a pace suitable for the individual, we aim to get a pupil driving on their first driving lesson, even if this is just driving in a straight line or, depending on ability and previous experience, something more. We will help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible, in the most cost effective way, building your confidence and experience with each lesson and mile spent in our dual-controlled car.
Our aim is to teach safe, defensive driving, not just the minimum standard required to pass the driving test, but to keep you and others safe once you have your full driver's licence.
MOCK driving tests will be carried out prior to booking/taking the practical test.
